Binding registration

By submitting the registration form, you are placing a binding, fee-based registration for NEW EARTH. Seats are limited.

 

Fee & VAT

The seminar fee is EUR 5,000 net + 24% VAT (total currently EUR 6,200). The legally applicable VAT rate at the time of invoicing applies.

 

Invoice & payment / seat confirmation

After registration you will receive an invoice by email (expected end of February 2026). Payment is due within 7 calendar days from the invoice date (unless stated otherwise on the invoice). Your seat is confirmed upon receipt of payment. If payment is not received by the due date, your seat may be released.

Cancellation (by participant)

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to [your email]. The date of receipt of the email applies.

- Until March 19, 2026 (inclusive): refund of payments made minus a cancellation/admin fee of EUR 500 and any non-refundable payment processing/bank fees.

- From March 20, 2026 (14 days prior) until the start date / no-show: no refund. The full fee remains due, even if not yet paid.

Transfer to a substitute participant

You may transfer your spot to a substitute participant at no extra charge until March 27, 2026, subject to approval and completion of required participant details.

Travel & accommodation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, travel, flights and accommodation are not included.

Right of withdrawal

​

To the extent legally permissible, this is an event with a fixed date/period; a right of withdrawal does not apply.
